ARTICLE X - The prime directive of the Church.

Any organization, government, or trust that violates the prime directive is not the Church nor is it a part of the Church. All corporeal and incorporeal hereditaments claimed for Jesus the Christ by such created entities are entirely held in common for His purposes by those remaining faithful to His doctrines and ordinances in the Church. Violations would include but are not limited to the exercising of authority over the People as benefactors or rulers; or to encourage or cause by any direct or indirect act or acts of omission the creation of such systems; or to facilitate by appointment or any other means the creation of such systems and the subjugation of the People; or the enticing, seducing of the People into or under such systems through ambuscade.

The words exercise authority is from katexousiazo meaning to exercise authority, wield power

The words exercise lordship is from katakurieuo which is to bring under one's power. The words exercise authority are from katexousiazo meaning to exercise authority, or wield power. Jesus wanted his called out Church not to exercise authority or bring people under their power but like Moses they were to seek to lead people to freedom under God.

Benefactor is from euergetes which is a title of honour, conferred on such as had done their country service, and upon princes, equivalent to Soter, Pater Patriae(A title bestowed by the Roman Senate on Caesar Octavianus Augustus). Pater patriae: The father of his country. Any one assuming the office of Father stands against the teachings of Jesus.

Jesus is talking about government not religion. He is using government terms and telling his people they are not to be like governments that exercise authority one over the other. He is talking about Rome and governments like Rome.

The reason Jesus is telling his disciples these things is because he was appointing them a kingdom to serve as he was the King. This is why he continued to use kingdom terms.

Appoint is from diatithemai meaning to arrange, dispose of, one's own affairs, to make a covenant, enter into a covenant, with one.

Kingdom from basileia meaning royal power, kingship, dominion, rule 2) a kingdom, the territory subject to the rule of a king

His Holy Church is not the kingdom but the servants of the kingdom. These ministers are the titular leaders as servants of the kingdom.

Many would tell you that His kingdom was not of this world and try to intimate that his kingdom was merely spiritual although it was clear he came in the flesh not just the Spirit and that he was the highest son of David and King of Judea.

There are five different words in the New Testament that are translated into the single English word 'world'. The word 'aeon' means an unbroken age, 'oikoumene' commonly has to do with inhabited places, 'ge' is also translated world once but is translated earth about 188 times, and there is the word 'erets' but is the closes world to planet of any. It is translated land 1543 and earth 712 times. Yet, none of these are the world referred to by the author.

The word 'world' in the above text is from kosmos which means "an apt and harmonious arrangement or constitution, order, government." Kosmos probably came from the word komizo meaning "to care for, take care of, provide for" or "carry off what is one's own", which is what governments and the organized systems of men like Nimrod, Pharaoh, Caesar and social Democracies do. When you look to those institution you become a part of their world and their world system.

Jesus and His Kingdom was not apart of that constitutional order of the Roman New World Order so therefore he had no need to appeal to the Romans as others had done before him.

Judea was not conquered by Rome until the destruction of Jerusalem. Rome had come to Judea by invitation and was there to help settle a civil war as to who was king. And they did. Jesus Christ is King.

From the beginning this was the mission of Jesus that all things be fulfilled and the kingdom established in him.

Matthew 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

All things include the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

Other kings and wise men knew he was king.

Matthew 21:9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

The people knew he was king.

John 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Pilate and therefore Rome knew he was king.

Matthew 27:11 And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest. [Mark 15:2, Luke 23:3]

Pilate continued in his understanding that Jesus was king.

John 18:39 But ye have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews?

Pilate proclaimed that Jesus was king in official Roman documents which has been proclaimed throughout the land and the ages as the message on the cross sealed in blood.

Luke 23:38 And a superscription1 also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. [Matthew 27:37, Mark 15:26]

This superscription was not a wooden plaque scratched in mocking ridicule but an official order of Rome written in three languages on a white slate with black lettering by the Procurator of Rome and Grandson in law of Tiberius.

John 19:19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put [it] on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Jesus did not give Rome jurisdiction over himself for he would not appeal to Rome. Did Rome have lawful authority to turn Jesus over to the Edomite Jews who had seized power in the Kingdom by the murder of Zacharia?

John 19:11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power [at all] against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

Rome owes a debt in blood to the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. If Rome denies again the king or his appointees the debt can be collected by God the Father. But that is not the mission of His Holy Church.

Luke 9:60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.
