Congregation of the people seeking the kingdom.
The congregation of the people form the populous of the kingdom. Those people seek the kingdom by their love of God's precepts, character and name, and by the love of their neighbor as themselves. They are bound only by that love within the house or nation of God.
Most governments bind there citizens together by social contracts. In such contracts a portion of the rights vested in the family and the individual by God the Father are granted or converted to the state as a substitute father on earth.
The old testament prophesied a time when every man would be returned to his possessions and everyman to his family under the perfect law of liberty. This is what Christ's kingdom of God at hand is all about. This is what the Church should be preaching, publishing, and teaching God's people.
The kingdom of God is the right to be ruled by God. Faith is the social contract or covenant with God, with no other god to enforce it, but the God of Heaven. The people are bound together only by faith and fidelity, hope and patience, love and charity.
They did this in particular patterns and forms that were originally the same in both the Old Testament and in the first century Church. The keys to the kingdom is what you bind on earth is bound in the kingdom of heaven and what is loosed on earth is loosed also in the Kingdom. To loose ourselves from bondage we must be willing to loose others from the bonds that require them to care for us in social welfare programs that demand their contributions.
Thos systems created by the hand of man gives a power to men, calling themselves benefactors, but who force your neighbor to contribute to your welfare.
Luke 22:25 "And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But ye shall not be so..." [Polity of the Church ]

Networking
In order for small congregations to work together as the kingdom of Christ, a parculiar people, they must be united in some network of service and charity. This is exactly what Jesus and His apostles created. That network allowed them with the grace of God to survive some of the most trying times in the history of man as the Empire of Rome declined and failed.
Those governments had depended upon a central treasury and banking system to maintain the social welfare schemes of men like Augusts and Herod the Great. Under the inevitable corruption, burdensom welfare programs, continuous wars policing the world, the subsequent staggering inflation, the unrighteous mammon of the Roman Empire failed.
True Christians had prepared a more righteous system based on charity rather than force.
It is the job of theChurch to make those free congregation viable, whole, and healthy and ever increasing part of the body of the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Church, the called out of Christ
The word "Church" is translated from the word ekklesia which means called out. We are all called out of sin and to the house of the Lord but the ekklesia of Jesus Christ were called out specifically by Christ in much the same way that Moses called out the Levites. Many people followed and believed Christ's teachings but the apostles were appointed to particular purpose of teaching the kingdom and feeding the people. They were called out by Christ for the sole purpose of serving the people and preaching the kingdom.

Ordain, Commission, and License ministers depend on the status of their particular calling and the needs of their congregation or vocation.
Modern day ministers do not always conform to the the same criteria laid down by Jesus Christ and His Holy Church may differ in some ways from these modern Churches. We strive to conform to Christ and his gospel of service and have returned to the ways laid down by the prophets of God, age upon age.

Matrimony in the kingdom
Many people are beginning to question the state licensed marriage and to aid
them and ministers who wish to make straight the ways of the lord we have
put together a number of pages of documents, forms and articles.
The solution has always been there. It is the same as it was in the
beginning.
A marriage license is the application for a status and a contract under the
authority of the State not God. The ministers are acting as officers of the
state not ministers of God when they officiate at a state function..
From God's commandments39 brought down from the mountain to Jesus ordinance
against swearing40 we see an essential aspect to God's ways and kingdom is
that we do not unequally yoke ourselves with unbelievers41. Yet, without
fail from generation to generation, from age upon age we make contracts and
agreements and go again in under authority42 not meant to be according to
God's plan for mankind. Why do we do it? Because we are ignorant43 or want
benefits44.
Ohio's Marriage Laws Document. "Marriage is a legal as well as spiritual and
personal relationship. When you repeat your marriage vows, you enter into a
legal contract. There are three parties to that legal contract: 1) you; 2)
your spouse; and 3) the state of Ohio. The state is a party to the contract

Why is there a third party in you marriage other than God himself. Is not
the third party in a marriage other than God the very essence of adultery?
Even the Latin Church states ,"In the Latin Church, it is ordinarily
understood that the spouses, as ministers of God's grace, mutually confer
upon each other the Sacrament of Matrimony by expressing their consent
before the Church (CCC, 1623)."
The Church established by Christ should be standing as a witness and helping
the congregation of the people to live under the perfect law of liberty. It
should be returning every man to his family and aiding in the protection of
the God given rights of every man and every woman in the sacred institution
of Holy Matrimony.
In this day of documentation binding men and women into opposing jurisdiction the Church offers record keeping to bear witness to the perfect law of liberty offered by Christ in his kingdom.

Birth in the kingdom
Baptismal certificate were used as a birth certificate to deter the mandatory birth registration imposed by Emperors like Marcus Aurelius. Like any other government the Church provides record keeping of births on behalf of the people for their protection against unwarranted usurpation.

Birth registration through the Church is done through a chain of authentication created by congregations that care about one another as much as they care about themselves other.
They are willing to bearwitness to teach other and the "world" in a biblical fashion of using two or more witnesses to the free nature of their birth within each family. Families remain autonomous but are able to support one another in time of need through a net work of charitable congregations, ministered to by the Church.
To maintain an adequate attention to the daily ministration records are kept just like any other government but in order to maintain the weightier matters of society with in the perfect law of liberty.

Outreach programs to help people come into the Realization of the Kingdom of Heaven.
These program are designed to aid everyone both young and old, rich and poor to understand more about the teachings of Jesus Christ, Yeshua the Messiah, to receive, preserve, and propagate His doctrines and ordinances.

How does one enter the Kingdom of Heaven?
Many will say by calling upon the the name of the Lord.
But Jesus Said clearly,
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 7:21
This is not to say that we earn the Kingdom of Heaven by our works for we could not but it is by our works that we may be judged, even though unworthy, to enter the Kingdom.
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Revelation 20:13
It is also by our works that we manifest the Character of our Father.
Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. James 2:18
What is the criteria of God's program?
Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand,
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat:
I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:
I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Naked, and ye clothed me:
I was sick, and ye visited me:
I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? Matthew 25
Ezekiel 34:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up [that which was] broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.
OUTREACH PROGRAMS

The Gleaners is an outreach programs that acquires and distributes food and clothes etc.. If it is done right almost everyone who benefits also participates and the abundance grows.
Retreat Grounds for gatherings, seminars, "survival camp" for Christians or just retreating to a getaway for the family and groups of families, for rest and solitude. Such places of gathering can be very useful in cementing the brotherhood of men and working on new ideas to manifest the Kingdom of Heaven.
The Visitors is an outreach to assist people in the mission to visit the sick. Visiting the sick or the elderly or even helping children who are home taught with special skills or abilities. There is a variety of people who need to be visited.It could be as simple as reading a story or holding some ones hand or just checking on them.
Debt Eliminators is an outreach to assist people in ridding themselves of debt. It involves assisting families in diminishing the burden of debt in many ways including aid in negotiation with credit institutions, family budgeting and a variety of activities that would assist people in getting out of debt and staying out of debt. Programs like the Gleaners and the Visitors are complimentary ministries to this end. The base of successful debt elimination is the congregation brought together in faith hope and charity under the structure of the Polity.
Refuge for the unborn. Many young girls and women find themselves pregnant and alone. In fear and desperation they are some times tempted to seek abortion. It is the duty of society to embrace life by embracing one another.
Family is the building block of the kingdom. An offer of adoption of the child may be apart of the solution but adoption of both Mother and child often brings the greatest reward. Both Mother and child may learn the skills and capacity of life through the forbearance of sharing and sacrifice, the living and loving as a family. In this way both Mother and Child are born into a new life, a new family.
Girls and women in need don't go to institution but to other families willing to take them in and help them go through the process of giving birth and to get back on their feet.
Prison Ministry is an outreach to assist people in jails and prisons. Visiting the them is part of that ministry. This may be done by going to the jail, writing letters, paying for reading material or a number of things they may need. Also it could include work release, half way houses or possibly helping their families while they are incarcerated. This again should be an organized effort to make sure resources are best distributed and good men do not fall through the cracks. Also recognized Church ID is often necessary in order to get into visit prisoners.
Church Hostels operated on a Charity bases by the provider and the grateful traveler. This could be anything from a room over the garage, a travel trailer in the backyard, an extra house you are not using, or an empty building or Motel.
Auxiliary Churches. To accomplish these and other programs funds are sometimes needed both on a local and national level. How this is best handled according to the traditions of the Bible and the early Church is through the Altars of Trust and the Polity of the Church.
Home schooling is an outreach that teaches people how to school your children at home and work together as a community to aid each other in that intimate family process and essential national treasure, learning.
